To be eligible, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the item must have been received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
To start a refund request, contact us at contact@cozysnugpets.com. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item — our team will assess each situation individually and find the best solution for you.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds Once your request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@cozysnugpets.com.
Non-refundable situations We do not accept refund requests for items that have been used, or where the issue is not related to a defect or error on our part.
